Shipping Policy
We ship our products with some of the best and safest shipping companies in the world, FedEx and DHL. We try our best to keep your product safe when shipping, adding foam to the package to decrease fall damage. FedEx and DHL also state that they will pay back whatever is lost if an unfixable damage occurs, meaning if the package is damaged beyond repair like it was soaked in water or crushed by a bigger package.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is a 7-day return. You have seven days after you recieve a PIXA product to change your mind and ship it back. However, we will not provide shipping fees for the return trip.
Unfortunately we do not have a exchange policy yet because our number of products is so limited. Although if one package in shipping is damaged beyond repair, users can choose for PIXA to send them a brand new same product that they bought.
